Rhaetian Railway

The 384 km rail network covered by the Rhaetian Railway leads right across Graubünden and calls at almost every village in this Alpine canton. True rail enthusiasts can take the southbound Bernina Express panoramic train from Chur, the oldest city in Switzerland, to Tirano in Italy. Part of this route has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site, crossing the Landwasser viaduct, going through helical tunnels and over the circular viaduct in Brusio.

Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn

The Matterhorn Gotthard Railway transports you comfortably between the ski areas of Disentis, Sedrun and Andermatt. Regional trains operate on an hourly basis and treat winter sports enthusiasts and rail travellers to a wintry journey through a snow-covered landscape. The ski pass for the Andermatt-Sedrun ski area includes the journey between Disentis and Andermatt-Göschenen.
